We offer same day delivery on all orders received before 1pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive. We will endeavour to offer same day delivery on any orders received after 1pm, but if this is not possible, we will deliver your order the following day.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate customers who make orders for a particular time or day, we cannot guarantee to always be able to fulfil your request. We will only guarantee a timed delivery on orders when such orders are received at least one full working day before the date and time required.

We prepare your order as soon as we receive it, unless you require your order for a particular date and time. If your order requires a specific delivery date and time, please provide us with the details. In these circumstances we work to prepare your order ahead of time, so that it looks its best when you need it.

Due to the seasonal nature of our business we reserve the right to substitute items depicted on this site. If you have specific preferences regarding materials or colours – whether to include or exclude – please communicate them when placing your order. We are committed to doing our utmost to accommodate your preferences wherever possible.
